A. Shipping Costs and Information:

Standard shipping is only possible to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped via DHL or DPD. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have your order shipped to a different country, please send us an email (bellaitaliaa@outlook.com) before placing an order and provide us with the item, quantity, delivery address including the country, and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired address is possible – we will inform you about the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

1. SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY:

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 6.20 EUR per order.

Within Europe: 11.99€

International: 19.99€

For orders with a shopping cart value of 100 EUR or more, shipping is free.

2. INFORMATION ON CALCULATING THE DELIVERY DATE

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
