A. Right of Withdrawal Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, minus shipping costs, as soon as the goods returned by you have been received and inspected by us. After successful inspection and confirmation of the return, the refund will be made without delay, but no later than within a reasonable period. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Please note that the costs of returning the goods will not be reimbursed and must be borne by you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the event of a production or manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to return the product and will receive a replacement product free of charge. The shipping costs for returning the defective product and for shipping the replacement product will be borne by us.
Linked/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If the loan has already flowed to us upon the withdrawal becoming effective or upon the return of the goods, your lender shall enter into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for that.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
